چکیده

Catalytic distillation is a technology that combines heterogeneous catalytic reaction and the separation of reactants products via in single reactor/distillation system. This process catalysis, kinetics, mass transfer to obtain more selective products. The catalyst provides sites for reactions porous surface liquid/vapor separation. advantages are energy savings, low waste streams, longevity, higher conversion, product selectivity; these properties interesting petrochemical petroleum industries. For this study, 100 mL atmospheric residue (ATR) was distilled presence 1.0 g micro/mesoporous composed HY-MCM-41, reactor used an OptiDist automatic device, operating according ASTM D-86 methodology. were collected analyzed by gas chromatography. samples ATR, HY/ATR, HY-MCM-41/ATR thermogravimetry (TG) determine activation energies (Ea) relative thermal decomposition process, using Ozawa–Flynn–Wall (OFW) kinetic model. obtained results show potential system use heavy fractions from HY/MCM-41 catalyst. TG data revealed two loss events ATR ranges 100–390 390–590 °C, corresponding volatilization cracking, respectively. Ea determined degradation without range 83–194 kJ/mol, whereas HY-MCM-41 catalyst, it decreased 61–105 evidencing effect micro-mesoporous material. chromatography analysis allowed identification gasoline major production diesel gasoil when mixture as synergism combined acid sites, crystalline phase, microporosity HY zeolite with accessibility hexagonal mesoporous structure MCM-41
